I know you are thinking.  Why pay for something that I can do on my own.  At Centennial CrossFit you will receive 1 on 1 training with 5 instructors and coaches.  Basic fundamental classes are included in our first week and did we mention.  YOUR FIRST WEEK IS ON US!

What is CrossFit


CrossFit is, quite simply, a sport—the “sport of fitness.”  CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program, designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience.  The CrossFit prescription is “constantly varied, high- intensity, functional movement.” No aspect of functional movements is more important than their capacity to move large loads over long distances, and to do so quickly.
